The petitioner happens to be Halka Karmchari and it is stated that he was caught red handed taking bribe of Rs 10,000/- but admittedly, the petitioner is in jail custody since 2909-2014 and charge sheet has already been submitted. Taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 62 of 2014 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 70 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2350 of 2015 (4) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance Trap, Patna subject to condition that petitioner will appear in the trial court, in person, on each and every date till framing of the charge and if, he fails to do so, the concerned court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
