JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 487 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act. It has been submitted that there is no any recovery of incriminating article to show that the petitioner was manufacturing duplicate Nihar coconut oil. It has further been submitted that copy of seizure list was neither given to the petitioner nor any of the family members which is the violation of Section 100 (6) Cr. P.C.

As per the written report, duplicate file of Nihar coconut oil was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.3615 of 2017 (2) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 let the petitioner above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Harpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Arbind Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
