JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.6.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365,366A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the son of the petitioner Sumit Kumar married with the victim girl in Gujrat. The certificate of registration of marriage has been brought on record as Annexure 4. The admit card issued by the Bihar School Examination Board as contained in Annexure 3 suggests that the victim was aged about 19 years on the date of occurrence.
