The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.87 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. During course of investigation also, no material has come to connect the petitioner with the death of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
