Taking into consideration that the allegation of teasing the informant is against son of the petitioner and so far as the petitioner is concerned; it is only stated that he, too, humiliated the informant calling her caste name, let the petitioner, namedabove, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Posco 18 of 2014 arising out of Piro P.S. Case No. 319 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Bhojpur at Ara.
