The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C46 of 2015 registered under Section 369, 406, 420, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case with regard to land dispute and similarly situated coaccused persons namely Manohar Kumar, Annu Devi, Sugandhi Devi and Saraswati Devi have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. no. 22546 of 2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1383 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Trial No. 285 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No. C 46 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
