Petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

It is alleged that petitioner being Assistant Sub-Inspector was trapped while accepting illegal gratification of Rs. 4500/- for bringing the injury report from P.M.C.H, Patna.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded and it is a trap case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge,
