The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 353, 224, 511,504,337,323,325,307,427,435,379,342,290 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the sister of the petitioners died in a road accident when the driver of the vehicle in question Sanjay Choudhary was confined by a mob. Subsequently, he was arrested but the mob got him released and attacked the police vehicle.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50443 of 2014 (2) dt.27-04-2015 the petitioners that the allegations are general and omnibus and no specific overt-act has been levelled against the petitioners.

Considering the accusation against the mob, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Aurangabad(Town) P.S. Case No.59 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
