Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Rizwanul Haque, for the petitioner. Perused the order dated 15.02.2016 passed by Munsif Sheikhpur in Eviction Suit No.1 of 2014. The Court below relying on Kirayanama said to have been executed between the parties directed the petitioner to pay the rent @ 1100/- per month as mentioned in the Kiryanama. It further appears that while passing the order, the Court below referred the provisions of law as well as decision of this Court. In such view of the matter, in my opinion, it is not a case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
