Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356/379 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to FIR, the informant alongwith his wife was passenger on the tempo on which three other persons were also there. When the informant was about to get down at his destination, three other passengers allegedly robbed the informant and his wife. One of the three miscreants was apprehended, the petitioner was the apprehended person.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case diary would reveal that even the

No.36052 of 2018 (3) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 statement of the driver of the tempo has not been recorded deliberately to suppress the real reason for the occurrence which was trivial quarrel between the informant and other passengers including the petitioner. The petitioner has got not criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is already complete now.
Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul) Police Station Case No.226 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
