The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is stated that over a dispute, on instigation by Md. Lal, the accused Md. Ladla struck the son of the informant with a knife in his chest as a result of which he died.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Even as per the FIR, the main allegation is against Md. Ladla and not the petitioner herein. The petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR together with the contents of the postmortem report which has been referred to in the order of the learned trial Court and the main allegation being against Md. Ladla and not the petitioner herein, the Court directs petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case no. 847 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
