The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No.105 of 2015 registered under Sections 376D and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner and two others raped a minor girl, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
