The petitioner seeks bail in Nawa Nagar P.S. Case No. 372 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 30(a), 36, 37(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Arvind Yadav. No recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 372 of 2021, once the charge is framed in the case.
