2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to transfer and post the petitioner from Upgraded Middle School, Mohaddipur, Block Bind to National Middle School Shekhana, Bihar Sharif, in which he was on deputation or any nearest middle school at Bihar Sharif, Nalanda on medical ground.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this connection, petitioner has filed several representations and lastly, he has filed representation on 01.07.2023 before respondent no. 3/District Education Officer, Nalanda, as

4. Considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the concerned respondent within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine and dispose of the same after hearing the parties in accordance with law.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
