Taking into consideration that no fire-arm or any other weapons were recovered either from possession of the petitioner or from other accused, particularly, in the circumstance, when it is stated that the petitioner and his associates were going to commit loot, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
