Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no recovery of any

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha P.S.
