====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 363, 365, 342 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Informant is the manager of construction company, who in his written complaint has alleged that on 16.02.2018 at about 3:30 P.M. when he was taking attendance of the labourers three miscreants on one motorcycle came and snatched key of his motorcycle and took informant in the nearby forest and assaulted him and also threaten that the contractor is not paying levy to him. It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and had been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 17.03.2018 and there is one more case against the petitioner being Sherghati P.S. Case No. 310 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, District- Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018.
