The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 357 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of supply of explosives.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that petitioner is an illiterate person whose alias name is Wahid Alam so when police were looking for original Wahid Alam the petitioner under supervision of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34303 of 2018(4) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 friends and family surrendered before the Court below. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate benches of this Court vide orders dated 10.05.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27476 of 2018 and 07.06.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.33477 of 2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 357 of 2017.
