2. With the consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief, as claimed in the in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure-P/11) which is still pending before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur. He further prays that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court to dispose of the pending representation within fixed time frame

Patna High Court CWJC No.13973 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of directed the District Magistrate Bhagalpur to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure-P/11) within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6. Needless to emphasise that the order which should be passed by the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur should be a reasoned and speaking order.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.

8. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
