The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of deceased and there is very specific allegation against the petitioner and others of brutally assaulting Kanchan Devi, wife of the petitioner, resulting in her death.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months, holding the trail on day to day basis. If the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
