Taking into consideration that the deceased in his fardbeyan, specifically, named the petitioner and the role played by him in the alleged occurrence and furthermore, fardbeyan of deceased is amount to his dying declaration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. case no. 268/2013 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
