2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to file comprehensive individual representation before the Chairman -cum- Managing Director, the Bihar state Power Holding Company- respondent no. 2, for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the prayer made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14114 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 petitioner, I find that in case, the petitioners file their comprehensive individual representation before the Chairman -cum- Managing Director, the Bihar state Power Holding Company- respondent no. 2, then in that case, the respondent no. 2, is directed to take immediate steps to dispose of the individual representations filed on behalf of the petitioners in accordance with law forthwith, considering the fact that earlier representation of the petitioners has not been disposed of till date, which was filed on 03.08.2018 and again by way of reminder on 07.01.2019.

4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
