Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Desari (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Lalita Devi, the daughter the of the informant, was married to Sunil Ram two years ago and thereafter, due to nonfulfillment of demand of motorcycle and T.V. she was burnt to death and her dead body was also thrown away by the petitioners and other in-laws including the husband. The petitioners are Nanad and Dewar of the deceased.

Submission is of false implication and that the informant has lodged this case in confusion and as soon as she

No.2186 of 2017 (2) dt.23-01-2017 came to know about the reality, she filed the compromise petition stating regarding innocence of the petitioners and others, the husband is already in custody, there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and as such the petitioners being unmarried Nanad and Dewar of the deceased deserve sympathetic consideration to which the learned APP submits that now the informant is retracting from her earlier version. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named, in case of their surrender or arrest within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
