The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 393, 324 and 307 of the I. P.C. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Prayer for bail is rejected.

Considering that apart from the confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar @ Goiria @ Kalia, there is no other material against the petitioner.
