The Principal Secretary of the Department was directed to take action and decide the claim of the petitioner and from the show cause filed by the respondents, it is seen that the Principal Secretary has passed a detailed order in the matter, as is evident from the supplementary counter affidavit filed by the respondents, and in view of the same now no further action is required to be taken in these contempt proceedings.

In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting after the orders were passed by the Principal Secretary and the action taken by the respondents, the petitioner may challenge the same in accordance with law in an appropriate proceeding. With the aforesaid liberty, this application is disposed of.
