Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chiraiya (Shikarganj) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is snatching ATM card from nephew of the informant. Petitioner is not named in FIR. Petitioner has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.02.2018.
