Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not named this petitioner. Further statement would reveal that the matter is of some previous affairs and considering the aforesaid facts, co-accused-Md. Danish Ali Khan @ Monu Ansari @ Danish Ali @ Monu has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.69025 of 2018 vide Annexure-3. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53274 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with POCSO Reg. No.19B-47A/2018 arising out of Bhabhua Police Station Case No.268 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
