The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maner P.S. Case No. 352 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 429 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that two groups of his village started quarreling each other. After sometime Kundan Kumar fired which hit on the leg of his cow. No allegation of firing is made against the petitioner Kundan Rai.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that name of the petitioner figured in the case but no specific allegation is made against him, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four

No.16971 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
