Petitioner seeks bail in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the father of the deceased who has stated in his written complaint that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2009 and thereafter he she was being tortured for non fulfillment of demand of Rs. 3 Lacs by the petitioner. From last 3 to 4 years the deceased had taken a rented house and was working in a Nursing Home. It has been alleged that he received information on 01.03.2017 that his daughter has been killed and on 04.03.2017, he has filed the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39131 of 2018(4) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 written complaint roping petitioner and all the family members for killing his daughter.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.12.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Patna City, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017.
