The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,506,354,376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.
It is alleged that co-accused Ashish Yadav @ Ramashish Yadav and Deobilash Yadav assaulted the informant Usha Devi. The petitioner have made attempt to establish physical relationship with the minor daughter of the informant Chandani Kumari and threaten her.
It is submitted that accusation of assault is not levelled against the petitioner but the cognizance has been taken under Sections 323 Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act. Statement has been

Let the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in connection with Arwal (SC/ST) P.S. Case No.10 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M.Jehanabad.
