2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because she happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that the accusations are general and omnibus against the petitioner and in the F.I.R. it has been alleged that the husband of the deceased had made attempts on the life of the deceased on early occasions. The husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody and is facing trial. It is stated that the accusation as against the petitioner are improbable

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53819 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 considering that she is a lady of advanced age of about 65 years and claiming clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP opposes the petition on the basis of case diary but however he has not pointed to any objective material wherein against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 27.08.2019 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Madhubani, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 is hereby confirmed.
