JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that the informant's son was going to visit Durga Puja fair when this petitioner along with other accused persons abused him by calling caste name and also assaulted him with fist, slaps, bamboo and belt and snatched gold chain and cash of `6,000/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific and the injury has been found to be superficial simple in nature.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3071 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 consideration of regular.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jalay P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
