Opposite party No. 5 has filed a show cause, wherein, it has been stated in compliance of this Court's order passed in the aforesaid writ petition, an amount of Rupees Two Lakh Thirty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Eight has been sanctioned towards the medical reimbursement of the petitioner by an office order dated 14.01.2020, issued by the District Programme Officer, Saharsa vide Memo No. 120(Ni). A copy of the aforesaid sanctioned order has been enclosed as Annexure-A to the show cause filed by the opposite party No. 5.

3. In view of the above, I find that order dated 26.07.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 17645 of 2011 has been complied with by the opposite parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that though it appears that Rupees Two Lakh Thirty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Eight has been sanctioned by the authorities towards the medical reimbursement of the petitioner but it does not appear from the record as to whether the said amount has been actually paid to the petitioner or not.

5. In that view of the matter, it is provided that if the aforesaid sanctioned amount has not been paid to the petitioner, the opposite parties shall pay the same to the petitioner
