This Criminal Revision, made under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, is disposed of on being withdrawn by the petitioner with liberty given to the petitioner to apply afresh for bail before the Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No.4 of 2016, and, depending upon what materials are, now, available on record, the Board may pass appropriate order with regard to bail of the petitioner.
