Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,323,325,379,307,354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that the informant has forcefully encroached the land of the petitioners and when they opposed, quarrel took place in which both parties injured for which there is case and counter case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4159 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Buxar in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
