No. 23705 of 2022 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but he could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time as he is Indian Army and is posted in Leh, Ladakh.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the time granted by order dated 27.07.2022 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by six weeks from today.
