Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 5.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 44721/2016.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim are ready to solemnize their marriage but the aforesaid statement is refuted by learned counsel appearing for the informant. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case no. 40/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Sasaram is, again,
