Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is S.I. of Police, in his written complaint has stated that on 14.03.2018 he received a secret information that three miscreants riding on stolen motorcycle are planning to commit crime thereafter he reached with armed force at Amardeep Petrol Pump and on seeing police party they tried to flee away on motorcycle but motorcycle skidded and all fell down and out of which two managed to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37733 of 2018(3) dt.10-09-2018 2/2 escape and petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle. It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018.
