Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s) :- "I. For setting aside Letter No. 15456323094186 dated 01.09.2022 issued by the Respondent No. 4 whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for awarding RO dealership at Pipra, Piparia Canal Chowk, Towards Gaonaha on Narkatiyaganj-
Patna High Court CWJC No.15193 of 2022 dt.11-11-2022 2/3 Gaonaha Road, West Block Gaonaha, DistrictChamparan West applied under category SC vide advertisement dated 25.11.2018, whereby and whereunder the petitioner's application for RO Dealership has been refused vide paragraph 3 of the letter referring candidature has not been found eligible for the allotment for RO Dealership with further clause to represent against this order if any within ten days from the receipt of this letter. II. For the issuance of direction to the Respondents to reconsider the representation of the petitioner filed within the stipulated time on the ground of clause not being found eligible.
III. For the issuance of direction to the Respondent authorities to proceed with the process of opening the RO outlet under the authority and control of IOC for which the petitioner applied for under category SC vide application No.
No.15456323094186 dated 24.12.2018.
IV. To restrain the Respondent NO not to proceed for a publication a fresh notification for opening RO dealership of IOC under the area identified and applied for the petitioner in SC category till the disposal of the writ application.
V. Or to pass any other order/orders, direction/directions found applicable in in the factual background of the case."
It is not in dispute that in terms of
Patna High Court CWJC No.15193 of 2022 dt.11-11-2022 3/3 communication dated 01.09.2022 (Annexure-6 Page 31), petitioner has approached respondent No. 3 and no decision stands taken on his request.
Shri Ankit Katriar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the said respondent, states that within two months from today, decision in accordance with law shall be taken on the petitioner's request.
As such, petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms reserving liberty to the petitioner to agitate the grievances, if any, before the appropriate forum, should the need so arise.
Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
