====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ratanpura P. S. Case No.23 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 324, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire prosecution version is false and concocted as in fact, no such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, had ever taken place. As a matter of fact, when the wife of petitioner no.2 had lodged Ratanpura P. S. Case No.22 of 2019 inter alia under Sections 376 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55535 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Atrocities) Act for an occurrence committed on 13.04.2019, the instant case was instituted on 29.04.2019.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/ Incharge Successor Court in connection with Ratanpura P. S. Case No.23 of 2019.
