Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is father of the deceased has stated in his written complaint that on 03.04.2018 at 04:30 P.M. his son Akhiles Bhagat had gone out alone by his motorcycle and at about 08:30 P.M. informed the informant on mobile that he is at Barhara and coming soon. Thereafter, informant slept and in the next morning he was informed that someone killed his son and dead body of his son was lying near culvert. On the said information he went there and found dead body of his son

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38300 of 2018(5) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 having injuries on his forehead and back side, his mobile and purse was missing.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has not been named in FIR and there is no any incriminating material against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018.
