The petitioner is not named in the first information report and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that name of this petitioner has surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused and as a matter of fact, uptill now, the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade nor any thing has been recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nathnagar
