The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Feku Yadav alleged that his daughter was married to Bhakul Yadav ten years ago. On 19.08.2014, his son-in-law took his daughter to his house but when on 03.09.2014 he went to the house of Bhakul Yadav, the informant came to know that his daughter was killed and her dead body was cremated. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the married sisters-in-law and the brother of the father-in-law of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3514 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 On perusal of the records, it appears that there is no allegations against the petitioners.

Having considered the fact that the petitioners no. 1 and 2 are the married sisters-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner no. 3 is the own sister of the deceased and the petitioner no. 4 is the uncle of the husband of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarge on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Shamim, Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kahalgaon (Ghogha) Case No. 414 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
