Petitioner seeks bail in Sikty P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing the murder of the brother of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Except suspicion there is no incriminating material against the petitioner to implicate him in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40665 of 2018(4) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Araria, in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018.
