ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner who is father-in-law is in custody since 18.03.2018 in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No.200 of 2017 (G.R.No.1127 of 2017) registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for over five months and he is willing to co-operate with the investigation and there is no role attributed to the petitioner.
Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and also the petitioner is in custody for over five months,let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38384 of 2018 (4) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Rosera, in Hasanpur P.S. Case No.200 of 2017(G.R.No.1127 of 2017).
