Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner as well as more than hundred persons blocked the road under the leadership of one co- accused Mithlesh Yadav in protest of an accident in which one person killed. Petitioner and some other persons were arrested on the spot.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Kapil Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 19.12.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
