JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL) 10-05-2017 We have heard Mr. Binay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that at least on two occasions the petitioner defaulted in appearing before this court on call. We are not satisfied on the reasons stated in the application for recalling of the order dated 19.08.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7682 of 2016.

While dismissing the present application, we observe that dismissal of the present application shall not preclude the petitioner from filing the fresh writ petition/approaching the appropriate forum/authority/Court for redressal of his grievance if the cause still survives.
