JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the Letter No.07 dated 17.12.2012, by which the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj Choundi, Block Barsoi, Katihar has terminated the services of the petitioner for the post of Panchayat Teacher in pursuance to the letter dated 19.10.2012 issued by the D.S.E., Katihar and Memo No.2126 dated 7.11.2012 issued by the B.D.O., Barsoi. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Katihar within a period of thirty days from

Patna High Court CWJC No.7250 of 2013 (3) dt.29-08-2017 2/2 the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
