The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 5th June, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 18852 of 2014 with following observations:- "The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew

It has been contended that the aforesaid order dated 5th June, 2014 was received in the Court on 3rd July, 2014 but till date there is no progress in trial.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, who is in custody since 7th February, 2014, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2011.
