The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 387 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Manoj Kumar from whose possession the mobile which had been used in the present crime was recovered. Moreover, Manoj Kumar has already been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.01.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 54086 of 2015. So far as petitioner is concerned, he is languishing in jail custody since 19.02.2016 but he does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is

No.16343 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015.
